Everything you need to know about placing an order, payment options, shipping timelines, and our lifetime warranty.

Placing an Order 

You can place an order three ways:

Online — Shop securely at kimsgolddust.com. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. You can see the SSL certificate icon in the footer of every page.

By phone — Call us at 724-945-5184 (Eastern Time). We’re happy to take your order and answer any questions about specific items or availability before you commit.

By mail — Send your order to: Kim’s Gold Dust, 403 Caldwell Road, Eighty Four, PA 15330. Please include item numbers, your size (for rings and bracelets), and your preferred payment method.

Not sure if an item is in stock? 

Call or email kim@kimsgolddust.com with the item number and your contact information. We’ll check inventory and get back to you as soon as possible.

A note on ring orders: All 14K gold and sterling silver rings are custom made to your size. Please have your finger size ready when ordering. If you’re unsure of your size, any local jeweler can measure you for free. Note that titanium and stainless steel rings cannot be resized after purchase. → See our Sizing & Fit guide

Payment 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through our secure online checkout. By phone, we accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

We also accept checks and money orders by mail. Please note that personal checks require 12 business days to clear before your order ships. There is a $35 fee for any returned checks.

Pennsylvania residents are subject to 6% sales tax.

Shipping & Delivery 

How are orders shipped?

All domestic orders ship via USPS Insured Mail. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

How long will my order take?

Delivery time depends on the type of item ordered. In-stock items ship within 48 hours. Out-of-stock catalog items are made to order and typically take up to 4 weeks, depending on the season. If your item is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order being placed. Custom orders — including pieces with special tooling or modifications — can take up to 8 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders ship via USPS International Ground Mail and are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country. Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Warranty 

Does my  jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes. KIM’S GOLD DUST offers a lifetime warranty on all manufacturing defects for jewelry we produce. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, chipped or lost stones, or damage caused by misuse or accidents. Shanks and prongs naturally wear down over time and will require periodic maintenance; this is expected and not a defect.

We recommend having your jewelry inspected at least once a year so that any repairs can be caught early, before minor wear becomes a bigger issue or stones are at risk of being lost.
